The last pillar in our transformation is to institutionalise our cutting edge advances. This compels a demand to produce and adapt at the speed of change, thought or in an instant with extraordinary feats of creativity, implementation and acceptance.
Most still stumble and advance with 2 steps forward and 3 steps back as a little knowledge can become a dangerous risk. The ability to institutionalise, typically neglected, reflects on the organisations maturity as it impacts its potential to evolve or confront more dire consequences. Our maturity is not only defined by our weakest link, but, by our imagination to advance and ability to adapt and institutionalise effectively.
